At Minni, we take great pride in the quality and comfort of our products. Each piece is designed with care to ensure your little one feels happy and confident wearing it.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges — please note that cash refunds are not available — subject to the following conditions:
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
- Products purchased on sale, at a discount, or as an exchanged item are not eligible for another exchange.
- Proof of purchase (store receipt or online order confirmation email) is required for all exchanges.
- Depending on stock availability, exchanges may be made for a different size, color, or style.
In-Store Purchases
- Items bought at our Minni retail stores can only be exchanged in-store and cannot be exchanged online.
Please bring the product along with your original receipt to the store where it was purchased.

Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, please send the item to the following address with your details clearly included:

After we receive your package, we’ll inspect the product. If it meets our exchange criteria, we’ll contact you to confirm your preferred replacement (subject to availability).
Please note:
- Items are not reserved for exchange until your return has been received and approved.
- Exchanges can be made for another size, an alternate product (based on stock), or an online e-coupon.
- Delivery charges for sending the item back and receiving the replacement are the customer’s responsibility.
- Minni is not liable for any damage or loss during transit. Please ensure items are securely packed.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
- E-coupons issued for exchanges can only be used for online purchases, and products bought using an e-coupon are not eligible for further exchange.
Processing time:
- Local exchanges: up to 8 business days
- International exchanges: up to 15 business days
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or social media DM.
In such cases, Minni will collect the item(s) from you free of charge and replace or refund the item after inspection.
Please note:
- Items showing signs of misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear will not qualify as faulty.
- Reports made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
